I am interested in how intention, self-expression, celebrity, and language intertwine. My work represents many vulnerabilities because I enjoy having not only a physical depth to my work, but an emotional depth as well. Many emotions are conveyed - my pieces are an embodiment of the resilience that I have built. They can vary from total bleakness to total vibrancy, and they can hold a large range of textures.

My body of work depicts complexities of living through the twenty-first century with combinations of aesthetic and biological imagery. The entropic process of layering media creates the resolution  needed when I take the chance to step back and look.
